Terms of Use Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Digital Priory (company number 07141836), doing business as Long & Short (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Long & Short (https://longshortlondon.com/) website as well as any related applications (the Site).

The Site provides the following services: Online website connecting and informing companies and customers with speciality products, equipment and locations. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version of the Terms & Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents you have accepted these changes.

We may update or change the Site to reflect changes to our products, our users’ needs and/or our business priorities.

Online Order Terms

These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No contract will subsist between you and Long & Short for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Long & Short accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. Long & Short reserve the right to refuse any order which is deemed to have not been conducted lawfully, in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. Long & Short also retain the right to withhold from completing any order providing the monies have not been taken or a full refund has not been given. By placing the order and providing payment and billing details on our secure server you the consumer is bound and contracted to complete the sale unless Long & Short decides otherwise.

Cancellations

You are given the right to cancel any order without giving reason under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Similarly, Long & Short reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing the payment and dispatch.

Payment Methods

All payments are made securely using SSL and via our payment processor, Stripe. No payment information including credit or debit card information is stored by us — this is transmitted directly to Stripe at point of transaction. Secure payment methods featured below.

Promotions

We run promotions both in our coffee shops and online at https://longshortlondon.com/. Some of these promotions may be exclusively online promotions or may be exclusively in-store promotions.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated otherwise. Long & Short reserve the right to withdraw promotions in the event of unfair usage.

Please note that the following product/service/package deals are excluded from all promotions/discounts unless specified otherwise: ‘The Narrative’ subscription, Taste Flight.
