Mork is a speciality chocolate crafted by artisanal Cacao specialists in Melbourne. Blended using the finest cacao this particular chocolate uses a 65% dark milk chocolate from Sambirano Valley in Madigascar. Combining rich cacoa powder, river salt and coconut blossom sugar it produces a decadently rich and creamy hot chocolate with notes of buttery biscuits, malt and salted caramel.
