It’s the first time we’ve welcomed a coffee from Gaitania, and we’re excited to share this unique lot from the indigenous Nasa Wesx community in Tolima, Colombia.
Gaitania, renowned for its welcoming culture, sits within the highlands of Planadas, where the Nasa Wesx focus on land conservation and meticulous quality.
Certified organic, this Caturra lot undergoes 50 hours of low-oxygen fermentation to highlight a structured, bright acidity. After fermentation, the beans are sun-dried on raised beds under careful monitoring, ensuring each cup captures the richness of Tolima’s terroir.
Optimal roast
Our roast profiles are all considered omni-roast — we believe the profile created for this coffee is just right, therefore roast adjustments are not needed for filter or espresso. Simply adjust your brew ratios to suit your taste.
