Pink Bourbon has become one of Colombia’s most fascinating varieties. Once believed to be a Bourbon mutation, recent genetic studies suggest it shares closer ancestry with Ethiopian landraces, helping explain its remarkable floral character and vibrant acidity.
In the cup, those qualities shine naturally. Bright mandarin and raspberry give way to delicate blossom notes and soft panela sweetness, creating a coffee that feels elegant, expressive and remarkably transparent.

Our roast profiles are all considered omni-roast — we believe the profile created for this coffee is just right, therefore roast adjustments are not needed for filter or espresso. Simply adjust your brew ratios to suit your taste.
