This lot comes from Lillian’s Farm, sourced by Omwani and produced by smallholders in western Kenya.
After careful cherry selection, the coffee undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying, a process that deepens sweetness while preserving the lively structure Kenyan coffees are known for.
The result is vibrant and expressive, balancing ripe fruit with layered acidity and a rounded sweetness that carries through to a clean, juicy finish.
Optimal roast
Our roast profiles are all considered omni-roast — we believe the profile created for this coffee is just right, therefore roast adjustments are not needed for filter or espresso. Simply adjust your brew ratios to suit your taste.
