Ocha & Co’s organic matcha tea is a 100% certified matcha green tea powder from Shizuoka, Japan. Grown in some of the highest plantations in Japan the tea leaves as freshly picked when vibrant green. Traditionally prepared using a process of steaming to lock in flavour, stone milling and blending by the winner of the 46th Japanese Ministry of Agriculture Tea Competition (2006) ensures quality from start to finish. Harvested in perfect conditions and quality processed makes them perfect as a tea, latte, smoothie or food ingredient.
