We strive at every level to ensure that you receive the highest quality product, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your coffee you can contact us to either send you out a fresh bag, or offer a full refund.
Please do get in touch so that we can help you as best we can — we would rather keep you as a customer and will do everything possible to ensure that you are fully satisfied.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of deliveries to the UK, and occasionally couriers such as Hermes, DHL or UPS for larger or wholesale orders.
For single or double bag coffee orders, we send these out in PIP boxes which can be posted through your letterbox, so you should be able to receive the packages even if you aren’t at home.
Delivery is calculated at checkout, but is free for UK orders over £30, and for all subscriptions.
All payments are made securely using SSL and via our payment processor, Stripe. No payment information including credit or debit card information is stored by us — this is transmitted directly to Stripe at point of transaction.
