The featured lot consists of Villa Sarchi, a variety originating from Costa Rica’s Sarchi village, known for its natural mutation of the Bourbon coffee variety. Ideal for high altitudes with shade trees and regular fertilization, it’s cultivated across 45 hectares of shaded coffee lands.

Hacienda Sonora’s commitment to fair wages and local economic support is evident across its 100 hectares, fostering biodiversity, soil health, and the growth of dense, flavorful cherries.

Optimal roast

Our roast profiles are all considered omni-roast — we believe the profile created for this coffee is just right, therefore roast adjustments are not needed for filter or espresso. Simply adjust your brew ratios to suit your taste.
