Luis Anibal has been growing rare varieties in Huila for years, but his Sidra always stands out. Grown at Villa Betulia in Acevedo, this is a naturally processed lot with a kind of warm, herbal sweetness that plays beautifully with bright fruit.
It’s a hybrid of Typica and Bourbon, and Luis handles it carefully from picking to drying. The result is refined yet delicate — fruit, sugar, and citrus, all in balance.
Optimal roast
Our roast profiles are all considered omni-roast — we believe the profile created for this coffee is just right, therefore roast adjustments are not needed for filter or espresso. Simply adjust your brew ratios to suit your taste.
