Australia seems to be at the forefront of hipster coffee shop crazes and one trend that seems to be pushing boundaries is the introduction of Coloured Lattes that aim to literally brighten up your day in more ways than one. With the health and fitness revolution in full swing and super foods being discovered or more even rediscovered on a regular basis, finding new ways to consume them seems to be the next phase in operation ‘Who can live the longest’.
